Agreement

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Cityrat Media LLC regarding your use of our digital marketing services.

Service Scope

We provide SEO, PPC, and marketing services as defined in your proposal. Cityrat Media LLC does not guarantee specific ranking results due to the variable nature of search engine algorithms.

Payments

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Failure to pay may result in suspension of ad campaigns and services.

Intellectual Property

All creative assets, strategies, and reports generated remain the intellectual property of Cityrat Media LLC until full payment is received.

Termination

Contracts may be terminated with 30 days written notice. Outstanding balances for work performed must be paid in full.
